Problem
The back-end technology that helps fitness companies is very archaic and does nothing to help the companies in this industry run their businesses more efficiently. The company, a small boutique fitness studio chain, was a family run business and had no way to extract data or perform analyses to help them understand their business better, (what was working and what wasn't) and usually made decisions based on gut feel or instinct which led to many issues when they were wrong.
Action
I developed multiple dashboards to help the CEO understand their business better based on the actual performance of their studios and teams.
Result
The CEO was able to make data-driven decisions in multiple areas where they were running on gut feel and learn insights about the performance of their business, some of which opened their eyes to critical issues within the company.
